You may recall a 12/3/11 blog posting about a new documentary film examining the life of former Michigan U.S. Senator Arthur H. Vandenberg. I'm still waiting for Detroit Public TV to schedule this documentary.
In the interim, below is a WGVU Newsmakers program on Vandenburg and the documentary. It features Gleaves Whitney (Director of the Hauenstein Center for Presidential Studies) and Hank Meijer (author of an upcoming biography of Senator Vandenberg).
I worked with Hank Meijer for a year after my graduation from MSU. I've never known a finer gentleman.
