- 56 Vermont. "A variance to allow the residence currently under construction to be 1) setback 29.98 feet from the rear property line, and 2) to have both side yard setbacks combined of 13.5 feet, where the Zoning Ordinance requires 1) a 35 foot rear yard setback and 2) both side yard setbacks combined of 15 feet."
The ZBA voted to approve the variance request. I voted yes on the motion to approve the variance.
