Troy Citizens and Parents Organize to Support School Millage

On November 5, 2013, voters in the Troy School District will be asked to consider a bond proposal to help keep Troy a "best town for families." I'm supporting this proposal because it will improve our school facilities, enhance building security for the safety of students and staff, and provide up-to-date technology for our students to remain globally competitive. Most important of all, it will be without an increase in the millage rate.

A group has been formed in Troy called Citizens and Parents for Education (CAPE) to inform Troy voters about the merits of this bond proposal.
