Troy Zoning Board of Appeals - February 2018 Meeting Recap

City staff has posted the video recording of the 2/20/18 Troy Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) meeting to YouTube. At the bottom of this post is the video.

There was one item on the agenda. Action taken on the item is listed below.

• 133 Melanie Lane. "Variances from the minimum required 10 foot side yard and 45 foot rear yard setbacks in order to construct an addition that will have a 5 foot side yard setback and a 31 foot rear yard setback."
  
  The ZBA voted to approve the variance as amended. I voted yes on the motion to approve the amended variance.

Troy's Stage Nature Center 2018 5K Run/Walk

I'm volunteering on the planning committee for the Stage Nature Center's first-ever 5K Run/Walk and Little Sprout Sprint. The event will be on Sunday, June 10, 2018.
