Also, congratulations to Paul McCown who was recently "promoted" to the Board from his former position as an alternate.
- A variance for 1321 Boyd (to split a parcel of land into 2 parcels). The ZBA voted on a resolution to deny the variance. I voted to deny the variance but it failed to pass. The ZBA then voted to postpone action on this item to our July meeting.
- A variance for 6511 Malvern (to construct a new home). The ZBA approved the variance. I voted to approve the variance.
- A variance for 1876 Smallbrook (to build a new uncovered attached deck). The ZBA approved the variance. I voted to approve the variance.
- A variance for 196 Chopin (to build a detached garage). The ZBA approved the variance. I voted to approve the variance.
- A variance for 1078 Boyd (to split a parcel of land into 2 parcels). The ZBA denied the variance. I voted with the majority to deny the variance.
